Mr. Gatti`s in Fredericksburg

The restaurant is clean and the buffet is well stocked. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The salad bar had fresh veggies and the pasta was great. The apple dessert pizza was outstanding! Our kids had a blast in the game room and can't wait to return. Great time and fun experience!!

I've always loved Mr. Gatti's since I was in High School. Lately though, the place is looking a little run down. It's too big, too many kids getting their own pizza and messing up the buffet. Especially, the salad bar where you get your dressing. All the dressings are all mixed together because some people are sloppy and get it all over the place. Bottle dressings would help where you can just pour it on your salad.I guess I just miss the old smaller cozy Mr. Gatti's the way it was in the 1990s.

I hadn't eaten at Mr. Gattis since like 1999 when it was open on Thousand Oaks. I recently found the one on Pat Booker and went today. It is exactly the same as I remembered it. Fresh pizza and delicious. The same exact taste! I was surprised that the lunch buffet was so cheap! It was $4.99 all you could eat pizza! I will definitely come back now that I know it is here! I love Mr. Gattis!

Not overcrowded/games/buffet

Only half of the pizza portion of the buffet was full and they weren't taking pizza request. It was a busy weekend night and people were having to wait at the buffet for pizzas to come out. Luckily, the spaghetti was on point as always. Salad was fresh looking and had lots of options.Restaurant wasn't dirty, but not exactly clean either. It definitely could use a deep clean an some remodeling.

Our family always has a great time here. Although known for being a pizza place, there is a variety of good food to choose from. Great entertainment with several seating options, and a game room with rides, games, and prizes for every age group! There are also Party rooms available to rent for privacy and special guest appearances for the kids!! Super cute alternative for birthdays and or just a family fun outing! 🎟️🕹️🎈 💗🥗🍝🍕

Great staff and great pizza

Absolutely fantastic time each and every time. Great buffet, great movies and great games for a low price. Try the hi-c fruit punch please.

The pasta & mac & cheese isn't that great, pretty bland, but the other stuff is really good. My daughter loved the chicken soup. A great family place! Will definitely keep going :)

Great place, have been going there since my daughter was very young. She's now 17 and we still enjoy the food.

My niece had a good time with her cousin. It was a great price for a birthday party

The pizza quality has really gone down in the past 6 months. Today every pizza had about 2 inches of crust. Meaning they either have an inexperienced cook or they are trying to save money on tomato sauce and toppings. I don't recommend this place.

The only reason I go to Gatti's is because of my friends kids birthday, he has four kids, so I'm there four times a year. I Love Gatti's!!! I have a regiment when I go there, I go up and get five pieces of pizza, then I go back and get all of the pasta varieties, after that I hit the salad bar and if I'm feeling real spunky I get the chocolate pudding.......... the I hit the games and beat all the kids in points!!!! The food is always fresh and theres always some one putting out fresh everything. Great for bithday parties, I recommend it.

Pizza is ok. Prices pretty good for all you can eat. Arcade is bigger than we'd expected, and has a wide variety of games

LOADS of fun for all ages, from teens to adults! EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE $45.00 for 5 all you can eat buffets with drinks (free drink refills). We got the $20.00 game play option and they gave us $5.00 of Free game play, they DID EVERYTHING! Oh, The kids could pick which movie room they wanted to be in or TV room while they ate.Everyone at the food stations did a great job of making sure everything stayed fresh, hot, clean and they acted happy to be there.GREAT FOOD, AFFORDABLE AND LOADS OF FUN! They really are trying to make everything and serve it to the quality and expectations the company has allways done before but now enforcing new guidelines to ensure that the public is safe. You still get good pizza, desserts, salads,and pasta. He arcade is open minis the prize booth

All ways a great time. Kids enjoy. Great value, service and atmosphere. Got kid to entertain in an air conditioned out of the 100 degrees weather. Nice.

Great for the whole family. I used to love going to the location that was located on Marbach when I was a kid! Not pricey at all and so much fun ☺️

Buffet style pizza. The food was exactly what you'd expect, nothing to write home about. It seemed reasonably sanitary which was nice. There were no shortages even though the place was quite crowded. The variety of offerings left somethijg to be desired for sure, there was only three or four different pizzas.The game room for the kids was better than expected. Large, friendly staff, and a great mix of games for all ages.

Being my 1st time there. It was a b'day party & i really didn't see nobody come & interact with the party kids? Beside that. It was ok.

There a variety of food and it was good. It is usually very busy because there is a lot of activities to do. Rides, bummer cars, video games.

Had my daughters birthday here, my party host was AMAZING! She was so engaged with the kids and kept the party going, the games were great and even the 10 year olds liked the rides! Great priced

The pizza is basically the same as cici's, the games are cool and they have bumper cars and a little airplane ride that's pretty cool. I got a bunch of tickets and got a lot of candy so that's cool. Umm yeah

Best pizza in The ALAMO CITY! I grew up on Mr. Gatti's Pizza but there is only one in the whole area! I wish they had more locations!

Food is pretty gross, seating area is not very clean. Soda machines are way watered down. The games were pretty worth it but I just can’t get over the food taste

The food was ok but first time eating there the plates were dirty, they weren't washed & rinsed properly some still had spaghetti and sauce on it. Grabbing a different plate still was a bit dirty, had some food particles on it smh.

A very large pizza place with games for the kids, Sports in a TV room, and movies in another. Pizza is the most fresh at lunch and dinner. They have Mac and cheese, spaghetti, baked potatoes, salad bar, desert bar, and plenty of pizza to pick from. If you want a special flavor they can make it too. There are party rooms to rent and a massive game room full or all kinds of arcade games.

10 out of 10 when ordering a specialized pizza. Regardless of which attendant is on duty, they always created a fine pizza with a smile. I do have an issue with the cashier, she was grouchy and seems like she's not happy with her job. Maybe re-train her to understand that she is bringing down the reputation of Mr Gattis or just replace her with someone that is more pleasant.

I went for the salad bar. I hadn't been to a Gatti's for years...there isn't one in the town where I reside. The salad bar was good but I was shocked by how few side choices were offered. Gatti's used to have a huge selection of side for their salads. I guess those days are gone. The salad was excellent, though. And so were the sides that were there. The pizza wasn't great, kind of so-so, but ok. The service was outstanding. Everything was very clean!

We were there after lunch rush. There was only a small variety of pizza. However, the salad bar was much improved since our last visit.

Was very accommodating and courteous for our company party. The place was clean, the food was good and was a good time all around.

Value was great. Pizza, eh. Dishes were worn. Then on the way out we smelled skunk weed.

Love love love the salad bar and cheese bread!!!!! They don’t seem to stock the buffet often but worth it when they do. They are slow at clearing tables. Often there is no place to sit as families are waiting for tables to be bused. If you have some time to spare I would recommend.

I used to go to the one on Marbach when it was around, 20 years ago. Found this location and I can see after coming to this restaurant for two decades, it's still good. Staff was friendly and they were quick to keep putting pizza out. Best item for me were the cinnamon rolls.

This is a great family-oriented place to eat while spending quality time. There are a few rooms you can eat in, such as the quiet, TV and children's movie rooms. They offer buffet style pizza, salad, pasta and dessert options. When you're ready, there's a family game room where you can choose from different games to play. Having a birthday? You can choose a party package that comes with your own private party room. It's a great place to go, even if you don't have kids.

What a place!! The food is made hot and fresh and the dining areas are awesome. I love that they offer a silent eating area and a family eating area where they have a movie playing. There is a decent selection of games for kids of all ages to play. The pricing is reasonable considering food is included buffet style. Make time to come here if you are in the area. It's a better choice than Chuck-E-Cheese.

Big pizza restaurant for party groups, looks good from what I can see. I only orders some pizzas to go as I thought it was a small restaurant like the one in San Marco's.

My family and I visit this place frequently! My kids are obsessed with the movie room and pizza buffet! I grew up in a small town where Gattis was a well known restaurant. This one seems more new and not as great as the one back home! You can order a pizza to be put out but sometimes they’ll put it out, not giving You a chance to get a slice of what you ordered. (In my hometown they had these buzzers and everytime your ordered pizza was ready it would vibrate and you’d take it to them and get your pizza) Salad bar is decent and they have a small selection of dessert items! The friendliest workers there are the people who clean and pick up plates!

Affordable good Staff and good Food

I really love Mr. Gatti's I have been loving it since I was 3 years old and many locations across San Antonio had closed since the 2000s and this is the only location as of today. The pizza is always freshly made, and bushels of fun in the game room! Hopefully it will still be around in the 2020s and onward!

The Floor's were filthy. Especially in the room where the Big Screen TV is located. Pizza was amazing. Spaghetti was awesome. Fresh salad buffet. The dessert pizzas were to "Live" for. Constantly restocking buffet. Always fresh. Smaller compared to Peter Piper. But that was GREAT also. Only "1" left in San Antonio. The next one is 40 miles away I think?!

My grandson, Aron's bday went efficiently, smoothly and stress free only because we had an amazing staff who went out of her way to accommodate us. Thank you, wr will be back for sure.

The pizza is the same everytime you go. The salad bar and potato bar is great. Have a fun time.
